After attending the University of Cincinnati, Tina began her career in surety at Surety Services of America as an underwriting assistant. In 1991 she joined Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, Inc. where in her 9 years of employment worked her way up to Bond Manager. In 2000 Tina left SKS, after the birth of her first child, and moved to Southern California with her family. There she spent the next 9 years as the Director of SCBPN, a non-profit organization for children with Brachial Plexus Injuries and a homemaker. In 2009 Tina returned to Cincinnati and contacted Alvin Roehr to return to SKS and the surety business. Tina was hired as a Surety Marketer and began developing a program for inclusion through surety bonds. In July 2019 Tina joined The Roehr Agency as VP Surety and Inclusion. Working closely with Alvin to expand the existing surety department and developing creative solutions for inclusion for their clients. Dedicated to customer service, Tina said “joining The Roehr Agency was like coming home, where clients are people not just premium.”
Tina loves volunteering for her children’s school and outside activities including Band Booster President, Theater and Baseball. She is dedicated to working with Woman and Minority Business Enterprises in the construction industry. Tina enjoys time with her family, writing poetry and home remodeling projects, some of which are actually finished.
